Every journey begins with a spark, an idea, a memory, a craving for something more. For us, it began at the Battle Creek Executive Airport inside of WACO Classic Aircraft Corporation.
A space between destinations, wide windows overlooking the runway, the hum of engines, the chatter of travelers became our canvas for something deeply rooted and full of life: a celebration of Latin American food, culture, and connection.
In building this creative project, we weren’t just creating a menu, we were curating an experience. We dove deep into the culinary traditions of Latin American Cuisine. From that curiosity came creativity and from creativity came a journey of flavor.
And at the center of it all? Hospitality, the kind that fills a table with laughter, passes the plate twice, and makes even strangers feel like family.
